Embracing, Spring and being in the Now…
Namaste,
I hope you are well and doing fantastic.
Here in New York, where I live, spring has finally arrived.
The blossom tree outside my office window is in full bloom, displaying its delicate pink petals and inviting me to appreciate the present moment. I hope you, too, are finding joy in the nature around you and holding onto your bliss, even as the world shifts and changes. It's often challenging to notice the beauty in life and nature when we are constantly distracted by the familiar drama that plays out around us—whether presented to us or created by ourselves. These recurring mental patterns frequently revolve around themes from the "past," acting like a ball and chain that keeps us from moving forward. I’m finding that to be the spiritual warrior for the times we are living in, there is a need to use one’s inner energy like sacred water, and to not waist a drop.
Blessed Earth Day 2026 …

The land is our mother. It is a part of us, just as we are a part of it. What happens to the land happens to us.

News:
This year’s Earth Day has extra special meaning to me, due to my upcoming book being released this summer. In my latest book, I share my healing journey while in nature for nearly thirteen days, and what was revealed to me while processing my grief after losing four of the dearest people in my life in succession.
My heartfelt intention is that my story will help others with their grieving process, while connecting with nature’s healing energy.
In just a few weeks, I will be unveiling the title and book cover. I invite you to stay tuned for that and further announcements on ways you can order your own personal copy or for someone else.
Much Bliss
