Simple Body Scan
Secure a comfortable position.
With your eyes closed, mentally scan each body part, from head to toe. Starting at the top of the head, soften each areas as you breathe in deeply and exhale out long. Feel the body release inner tension as you relax each breath you take.
When you're ready, open your eyes and resume your day!
