The Bliss Principle Program was inspired while teaching meditation, and restorative yoga in stressful work environments. For over a decade, after seeing how stress was eating away at the mental health inside companies, I saw a need to bring the benefits of a peaceful lifestyle approach off the yoga mat and into daily life as a self care journey.
